Why 6 weeks is all you need.
As some of you may well know, at Hello Fit we run regular 6 week transformation challenges.
6 weeks is a great amount of time to be able to change your mentality and attitude towards fitness and health.
It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, 21 days of commitment to feel different, to start to enjoy exercise, to make that one or a few days of exercise part of your routine. You can do it. So 6 weeks, that’s 42 days – the first 21 days is making that habit, the next 21 is sticking to it – after that, you’ll want to keep it up.
The 6 week challenge changes you physically and mentally. You WILL enjoy exercise, you WILL start to see changes in your body and you WILL gain confidence. All you need to do is agree to commit for 6 weeks. One session per week is compulsory and we give you access to two other sessions too.
During our 6 weeks, we provide a wealth of information, one regular HIIT style session and two other sessions to fit in with your schedule.
