Small Group Sessions (Classes)
Here at Hello Fit, we know a lot about fitness and training, and with our personalised FITcamps and FIIT sessions, making up part of the 100 sessions available per month at our unit in Lytham St. Annes, we can help you make a positive impact on your health.
Our training is unlike any other mainstream ‘gym’. Personal trainers run the small group sessions, which have a personal touch with limited numbers, so that each attendee receives full support from the trainer.
Our timetable is put together in a way that gives everything you need to reach your goals be it muscle tone, weight loss or general health and wellbeing improvements.
Sessions are suitable for all abilities.

Individual sessions are £5.
Our fitness class competitors charge at least £5 per class and you can expect to see over 20 people attending these – we limit our sessions to around 10 participants on average with full support from a qualified personal trainer to advise on form and technique during exercise.
Maximise your calorie burn with FIIT! Using bodyweight movements and dumbbell exercises, FIIT will improve cardiovascular fitness and increase speed, providing the intensity needed to get you results fast.
Our FITcamps are designed to build strength and fitness. FITcamp is a combination of exercises including cardio, functional movement, core, strength and endurance. You get everything you need in one session!
During our Abs Blast class, you will target your entire torso, including your back and core muscles. A strong core leads to strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. This session complements all exercise.
Get a great full-body workout with kettlebells! Work at your own pace, choose your own weight, we’ll push you, we’ll make sure you have the right form and we’ll make sure that you get the most out of this fab piece of kit.
MMA style moves, punch and kick your way to fitness – inspired by cage fighters who use a multitude of moves to defeat their opponent. A great way to release tension and get fit. Non-contact.
Boxing is for everyone! BoxFIT is a non-contact boxing style session, taking exercises from the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit, such as shadow-boxing, hitting pads, kicking punchbags and body weight exercises.
Sessions usually start with an enjoyable group warmup then the main workout begins working through stations with a partner. Don’t worry, if you don’t have a partner they’ll likely be someone else at the class to work with.
Picture FIIT with no rest. A challenging amount of exercises to complete in a set amount of time, you take your own rest or push through and try and finish them all before the timer runs out. You should be experienced and comfortable completing HIIT style classes.
Slam balls, Battle Ropes, Power Bags, Tyres…. the list goes on! Varied exercises to be completed in a set amount of time with the rest of the group. Work as a team or finish the workout on your own to get the best time. Suitable for all abilities but be prepared to SWEAT!
Cage Fitness™ is a crazy-fun, kick-butt, total body workout designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Cage Fitness™ is based on the structure of an MMA Main Event Fight. Cage Fitness™ will give you a total body workout focusing on endurance, strength, power and core.
Metafit is a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, this helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility a well as the mind-body connection.
In endurance revolution, you’ll be pushing your muscles to a higher limit of endurance, so much so that you’re challenging your body to respond. It will do so by becoming stronger and better able to handle such efforts.
A 30 minute speed training blast on the spin bikes, this class may be shorter in duration but higher in intensity. This type of training is very intense but HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a miracle way to reduce your workout time and up your fat burning.
