6 Week Body Transformation Offer

Every 6 weeks our PT’s run a ‘Transformation Package’ which yields great benefits for those who undertake it (check the reviews below to see for yourself).  The package is tailored in such a way that only a small amount of people can start at one time so that results can be maximised.

There are limited spaces on this package for people who want to make a serious difference to their health and fitness. Follow the plan and you WILL see guaranteed results!

Sessions taking place in our private fitness unit will include boxing and padwork, compound movements and various HIIT sessions focused on getting you results!

–1 Focused Private Group Session for you and the Transformation Team.

– 2 Group Sessions per Week (Chosen From Our Extensive Timetable).

– 1 1/2 hour PT Session in Week 1.

Previous Packages

Lisa ran the last LBD challenge which started in October. Members saw great results and more importantly enjoyed the training and changes to their lifestyle further allowing them to continue the progress they made during the 6 weeks.

Over 10kg of weight was lost from the group and a staggering 12% body fat dropped.
