How can pilates help you?
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, this helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility a well as the mind-body connection.
Suitable for all levels. Class will take place on a Saturday 10-10:45am starting soon and the cost for the 6 weeks being £36. Limited spaces available. There will be up to 4 ladies in this class so reserve your space as soon as possible by paying for the course today.
