Our classes aren’t like mainstream gym sessions. With a maximum of 12 participants, a qualified PT runs every session, meaning you get real coaching, proper form guidance and genuine support every time.

Bootcamp / Strength

A friendly circuit focusing on strength, functionality and endurance. Different every week, so be prepared to sweat! Suitable for all abilities.

Combat

BoxFIT

Non-contact boxing fitness featuring shadow boxing, pads, punch bags and bodyweight work. No experience needed. A great cardio and conditioning session.

Cardio

Circuit Training

Slam balls, battle ropes, bodyweight exercises and more, rotating through stations with a partner. A full-body conditioning workout.

Strength

FIT Pump

Full-body resistance workout to motivating music. Barbells and dumbbells in a choreographed session designed to build lean muscle and boost metabolism.

HIIT

HIIT

Get your heart racing with a mix of bodyweight strength moves with fast-paced cardio. Adaptations given so you can always work to your own level.

Wellbeing

Yoga Flow

Stretch, recover and reset. Our yoga flow sessions complement all training styles and are perfect for active recovery days or a calmer start to the week.
