Signing up with your partner? Email info@hellofit.co.uk for your combined 10% discount. You must be 16 or older to join. If you are 12 to 15, a parent or guardian must sign you up.

From signing up to your first session in four simple steps.
Pay securely via Stripe. Once processed, complete the short form on the confirmation page to activate your membership.
Within 24 hours you will receive an email with your app access, key fob instructions and everything you need to get started.
Once payment is received, an automatic monthly payment is set up on the same date each month. To cancel your membership you must contact us directly with 30 days notice. Contracted memberships must be completed in full.
If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of joining, contact us and we will process a full refund. No questions asked. We want you to be confident you are joining the right gym.
There is no joining fee on any of our membership options. There is a one-off £5 charge for your key fob, which is required for gym access. This is collected on your first visit.
After payment you will receive an email within 24 hours with your app access, welcome information and details on your first visit. Come in to collect your key fob and we will arrange your induction from there.
Please contact us directly at info@hellofit.co.uk to discuss freezing or pausing your membership. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to accommodate your circumstances.
You must be 16 or older to sign up independently. Members aged 12 to 15 can join with a kids membership but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 12, please contact us to discuss options.
Yes. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants so advance booking via the Hello Fit app is recommended to secure your place. Members get priority access to class bookings.

Send your cancellation request to cancellations@hellofit.co.uk and we will send you the necessary forms.
Fill in and return the cancellation form we send you. Your notice period begins from the date we receive the completed form.
We will confirm your cancellation and the date your final payment will be taken. Your membership remains active until the end of the notice period.
All memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel. Your final payment will cover the notice period. Notice begins from the date your form is received.
6-month contracted memberships must be completed in full. Early cancellation is not available on contracted plans except in exceptional circumstances.
Rolling monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No penalty applies.
Annual memberships are non-refundable once the 7-day cooling-off period has passed. Please contact us to discuss your situation if needed.
