• Initial consultation to work out daily calorie burn and to look at your current routine and discussion of your goals/timeframe.
• Food diary to log food and drink intake.
• Nutrition plan for 4 weeks sent via pdf tailored to your needs.

The price for a one off plan is currently £75.

Online Nutritional Support and Plan

The price for regular online plan is a regular monthly payment (minimum 3 months).

Price for per month – £75 for the first month, £50 thereafter.

What’s included:

• Initial consultation to work out daily calorie burn and to look at your current routine and discussion of your goals/timeframe.
• Food diary to log food and drink intake.
• Nutrition plan sent via pdf tailored to your needs that is refreshed every 4 weeks.
• Tweaks to plan as needed.
• Weekly check ins and measurements on a Sunday if required.
• 24/7 support.
• Tips and tricks to compliment your training.
• Support via two qualified Personal Trainers.
