Most frequent questions and answers
Once payment is received, an automatic payment will be setup taking payment each month for your membership at Hello Fit Lytham.
To cancel the payment and your membership, you must contact us directly. Contracted options will be subject to the gym contract. All memberships require 30 days notice to be cancelled.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours with details on how to start using the gym.
All members a required to get a key fob for access into the gym (£5), once you have this at your first visit you’re all set!
We’re open:
Monday – Friday 6am – 10pm
Saturday – Sunday 8am – 8pm (starting Jan 2022)
Between 9-3pm weekdays and after 11am on the weekend.
There is a car park for customers and members on site accessible between 6am-10pm in the week and on Saturday’s, around this we have parking available outside of the front gate in a CCTV controlled area.
Yes we do have a shower change room.
Contact us to discuss any potential special rate we offer for these groups or similar.
Yes we have a contracted rate and ask for a full 30 days notice if cancelling your rolling monthly membership.
You have the right to cancel at any time within 48 hours of starting your membership and will receive a full refund, providing no attendance has been recorded. After this, your membership cannot be refunded but can be cancelled for the following month.

Non contract options can be cancelled at any time with the above notice, but please contact us direct as a matter of respect. We are a small business and really appreciate being told if you plan to leave.
