We have a number of special Personal Training options available to choose from if you are serious about getting fit with us at our unit in Lytham St. Annes.

From one to three or more training sessions a week, we offer personal training to fit everyone’s needs on a set monthly payment, taking the stress out of large upfront block bookings. 

As always, there is no contract but the direct debit will run for a minimum of 3 months.

Frequently asked questions

The above direct debits will run for a minimum of 3 months. 

Personal training sessions last anywhere from 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour. This is up to you.

Yes absolutely. One session can be booked for £POA although a set time cannot always be requested as this is reserved for direct debit clients only.

Yes don’t worry! Any sessions unused within the time period can be used up to one month after the direct debit has ended.

We are very flexible.

For instance, if you are on the 2 sessions per week direct debit and go away for 2 weeks, you can use the 4 sessions missed at the end of the 3 month direct debit, or squeeze in 3 a week for a while to use up your sessions.

Yes, we have both male and female trainers fully qualified in personal training.

We have a fully equipped gym with various smaller, more private rooms with plenty of equipment in to fulfill any type of personal training session.

At Hello Fit, the sessions not only yield results for our clients, but are enjoyably too! We can honestly say one of the main reasons we receive so many positive reviews is due to the style of training we provide. Sessions are varied, difficult and FUN!
