Hello Fit is ran by two likeminded individuals Lise and Rich.
Both qualified Personal Trainers, we have a diverse range of skills and lots of knowledge on anything exercise or nutrition related.
Personal Training is not just a job for us, its a lifestyle – we have completed half marathons, triathlons and other competitions and races. We also love climbing mountains, regularly scrambling up Scafell Pike and enjoy pushing out of our comfort zones with activities such as Zip-lining and Sky Diving!
We want to transfer this passion and enthusiasm for everything fitness on to our members and clients and look forward to meeting you.
