The things we do best

Group Training

Our sessions run with 4-7 other ladies of a similar ability and age. They are taken by a Level 3 Personal Trainer with full focus on pushing you as a group and individually.

Awesome support

We have an amazing community that you will be a part of from the get go, you're not doing this on your own!


Using our custom meal plan and tailored nutrition app, we can make small tweaks to your current diet to yield big results.

I've just completed the FIT 30 challenge and had great fun whilst working hard with a great group of girls! Our trainers Lee and "girl Leigh" were brilliant and there was no slacking allowed! The classes were always interesting and challenging during our four weeks and Rich supported us with his motivational comments throughout our "journey".
