Join us at Hello Fit for our 6 Week Yoga course with instructor Dianne.
No equipment needed, just a yoga mat (we can provide) and a willingness to stretch allowing you to fully immerse yourself in everything Yoga has to offer.
Our yoga is more focused on stretching, correction and movements rather than meditation.
How can Yoga help you?
Yoga is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, this helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Pilates, Yoga concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility a well as the mind-body connection.
Suitable for all levels. Class will take place on a Saturday 10am and the cost for the 6 weeks being £36. There is no longer a Monday class.
