Small Group Sessions (Classes)

Here at Hello Fit, we know a lot about fitness and training; we have a number of tailored group sessions to help you make a positive impact on your fitness and health. Our 16 sessions a week mean you have a variety of sessions to choose from at our gym in Lytham St Annes!

Our training is unlike any other mainstream ‘gym’. Personal trainers run the small group sessions, which have a personal touch with limited numbers, so that each attendee receives full support from the trainer.

Our timetable above is put together in a way that gives you everything you need to reach your goals be it muscle tone, weight loss or general health and wellbeing improvements.

Sessions are suitable for all abilities.

Membership options available which will reduce the cost per session massively. Priority booking given to members, casual access is limited.

Individual sessions are £6. 

Our fitness class competitors charge between £6-10 per class and you can expect to see over 20 people attending these – we limit our sessions to around 10 participants on average with full support from a qualified personal trainer to advise on form and technique during exercise.

Bootcamp/Strength Work

A friendly circuit focusing on strength, functionality, endurance and different every week. Suitable for all abilities but be prepared to SWEAT!

Box FIT

Boxing is for everyone! BoxFIT is a non-contact boxing style session, taking exercises from the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit, such as shadow-boxing, hitting pads, kicking punchbags and body weight exercises.

Sessions usually start with an enjoyable group warmup then the main workout begins working through stations with a partner. Don’t worry, if you don’t have a partner they’ll likely be someone else at the class to work with.

Circuit Training

Working in a circuit format and utilising various types of equipment from slam balls to battleropes, our circuit sessions will get you fired up and sweaty, working on your endurance and conditioning.

FIT Pump

FIT PUMP: The ultimate full body resistance workout set to motivating music! Using barbells and dumbbells, this choreographed session is designed to sculpt lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and maximise your strength in every major muscle group. Get ready to feel the burn!

HIIT

A session to get your heart racing! A mixture of exercises to really work your whole body – a mixture of bodyweight strength moves with fast paced cardio moves. Adaptations are given so you can work to your own limits..

Hybrid Training

This high-octane class cycles rapidly between cardio power (running, rowing) and strength challenges (burpees, lunges, pushing and pulling). It’s the most efficient way to burn fat, build muscle, and boost your stamina all in one session.

Power Yoga

Eight limbed path yoga. Physically, it improves flexibility, Strength and Balance. Mentally, it improves focus, calms the mind, brings self-realisation.

Spin FIT

High-energy session starting with 2–3 minute bike intervals, followed by AMRAP circuits targeting every major muscle group. Expect a mix of cardio and resistance training to build strength, boost endurance and burn fat. Fast-paced, sweaty and challenging – perfect for full-body conditioning and pushing your limits.

Stretch and Abs

Target your core and improve mobility! This class combines targeted abdominal work with deep, mindful stretching to boost strength and enhance flexibility.

Strength

This will take place on the mezzanine but will be focused on lifting more weight for less reps to build your strength. We will be incorporating full body work to get you strong for life. You will be gathering your own set of equipment so no need to worry about what anyone else is lifting, this will be YOUR workout. No cardio ?? but likely some muscular endurance included each week too

Strength Progression

Full body strength progression, the instructor will print out the workout for you to log the weights used and the class will be on a rotation; so you will repeat the workout every 3 weeks; allowing you to then try and progress with weight or range of movement etc.
You’ll be mixing in some functional movements too – because that is key, then we’re the fittest and strongest we can be for day to day activities. Picking up a child? No problem. Carrying the shopping in in one go? Completed it mate ✅
The aim is to show you that classes don’t have to be about cardio, that strength training is important – you’ll also get a bit of a lesson as to why we need to strength train ?
You will also see just how quickly you can progress at something if you’re consistent.

Torque

The ultimate calorie incinerator! This class blends strength stations with short cardio bursts. It’s an efficient, functional workout designed to boost metabolism and build both strength and sustained endurance. Get ready to work!

Yoga Stretch and Flex

Join us for a Yoga class focussing on strength, alignment and flexibility. Practising strong movements in synch with the breath, this class is the perfect complement to your usual training routines. Ideal for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
