Small Group Sessions (Classes)

Here at Hello Fit, we know a lot about fitness and training; we have a number of tailored group sessions to help you make a positive impact on your fitness and health. Our 20+ sessions a week mean you have a huge variety of sessions to choose from at our gym in Lytham St Annes!

We have virtual, in-person AND hybrid classes here at Hello Fit meaning you can train at home or at the gym at a time that suits you.

Our training is unlike any other mainstream ‘gym’. Personal trainers run the small group sessions, which have a personal touch with limited numbers, so that each attendee receives full support from the trainer.

Our timetable above is put together in a way that gives you everything you need to reach your goals be it muscle tone, weight loss or general health and wellbeing improvements.

Sessions are suitable for all abilities.

Membership options available which will reduce the cost per session massively. Priority booking given to members, casual access is limited.

Individual sessions are £6. 

Our fitness class competitors charge between £6-10 per class and you can expect to see over 20 people attending these – we limit our sessions to around 10 participants on average with full support from a qualified personal trainer to advise on form and technique during exercise.

Barbell Blast

Burn calories upon calories with our Barbell Blast session! Think presses, curls, rows and more built into muscle building and toning rep ranges. You’ll feel this workout for days afterwards.

Body Blast

A session to get your heart racing! A mixture of exercises to really work your whole body – a mixture of bodyweight and weighted strength moves with fast paced cardio moves. Adaptations are given so you can work to your own limits..

Bodyweight HIIT

A session to get your heart racing! A mixture of exercises to really work your whole body – a mixture of bodyweight strength moves with fast paced cardio moves. Adaptations are given so you can work to your own limits..

Body, Mind and Breath

A 45 minute session containing elements of Thai chi, yoga and Pilates to strengthen and stretch the body all set to music. It’s focus is to improve flexibility and mobility whilst calming the mind. We will always finish with 5-10 minutes of relaxation (the best bit ?).

Bootcamp

A friendly circuit focusing on strength, functionality, endurance and different every week. Suitable for all abilities but be prepared to SWEAT!

Box FIT

Boxing is for everyone! BoxFIT is a non-contact boxing style session, taking exercises from the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit, such as shadow-boxing, hitting pads, kicking punchbags and body weight exercises.

Sessions usually start with an enjoyable group warmup then the main workout begins working through stations with a partner. Don’t worry, if you don’t have a partner they’ll likely be someone else at the class to work with.

CARVE

CARVE aka Cardio + Resistance Variable + Exercise, will challenge you in terms of your cardiovascular fitness, overall strength, flexibility and balance.

Specifically designed to ensure a whole body workout every time.

Circuit Training

Working in a circuit format and utilising various types of equipment from slam balls to battleropes, our circuit sessions will get you fired up and sweaty, working on your endurance and conditioning.

Dumbbell CORE

Dumbbell Core will enhance our muscular core structure, which in turn will assist with our performance within the gym and in classes. Multiple exercises performed within a variety of intervals will improve our core strength, whilst the 30 minutes will not contain any repeats. An opportunity to add a variety of core focused exercises to your own gym routine.

Dumbbell HIIT

A full body workout mainly focusing on dumbbell work with added Bodyweight cardio exercises in too. High calorie burn and lots of reps working the main muscle groups.

Engine

Our ‘Engine’ class is hybrid – focusing on endurance, under load. Blending cardio and dynamic resistance training, you’ll focus on moving well and pushing your limits! This class is a great addition for anyone already training in a basic capacity, looking to challenge themselves and try something new! ????

Energise

Experience the ultimate fitness fusion with ‘Energise’ – a dynamic class offering a diverse blend of dumbbells, barbells, cardio, and core exercises. Tailored for all fitness levels, this total body workout is infused with weekly challenges and adaptive elements, each session promises excitement and results. Stay engaged as we switch up routines every week, ensuring a fun and fresh experience. Join us to energize your fitness routine, discover new challenges, and sculpt your way to a healthier, stronger you!

Full Body HIIT

Variety of interval sets designed to improve muscular endurance. A mixture of high and low impact exercises, with available progressions and regressions. Different format each week, varying from bodyweight exercises to the use of dumbbells.

Gym Floor Circuit

Aiming to use different bits of weighted equipment and machines each week so not only will you guys be getting a circuit style workout but you may also get to learn about some gym kit that you’ve not used before.

Functional Fitness

Functional fitness training is all about replicating movements you do everyday, often in a high-energy, high-intensity environment. This type of training isn’t just about doing lifts that look flashy in the gym — although it can look pretty cool (think: the CrossFit Games). This kind of training is fundamentally about supporting you throughout your daily tasks.

HIIT Step

A 30 minute high-intensity, motivational workout that uses a step and dynamic bodyweight exercises to improve power, increase strength and burn hundreds of calories.

Intervals and Abs

In this class you will expect a mixture of weights-based exercises, body-weight exercises and core work. The exercises will help develop muscular and cardiovascular fitness and will be a combination of repetitions and time-based intervals. Suitable for all abilities and expect to burn between 200-300 calories. Come along and make it a part of your weekly fitness routine.

Legs and Abs

15 mins HIIT style workout for legs followed by 15 mins of HIIT style sets for abs. 30 mins crammed full of exercises with little room for rest so it’s the perfect quick blast to get a workout in and high calorie burn too.

L1ft

L1FT workouts involve high repetitions of relatively low weights (bar and weight plates or dumbbells), which reduces the chance of injury but still allows you to access the many benefits of resistance training:

Build lean muscle mass

Increased muscle mass = increased fat burning power

Protect and strengthen the joints

Reduce your chances of injury or joint issues as you age

Shape, tone and strengthen your body.

Be strong!

R1ze

Level up your training with the modern take on a classic piece of kit. In R1ZE the step can be anything – from jump box to exercise bench to obstacle. You’ll utilise multi-dimensional functional movements for a full body interval blast.

Sh1ft

You’ll torch up to 500 calories in a 30 minute class. And you’ll work hard enough to keep burning extra calories for up to a whole day after your workout.

It’s not just about looking fit, It’s about being fit too. SH1FT will not only improve your fitness, but also strength, mobility, balance, speed and agility (and your abs… if that’s what you’re after).

Strength Circuit

This will take place on the mezzanine but will be focused on lifting more weight for less reps to build your strength. We will be incorporating full body work to get you strong for life. You will be gathering your own set of equipment so no need to worry about what anyone else is lifting, this will be YOUR workout. No cardio ?? but likely some muscular endurance included each week too

Strength HIIT

Strength HIIT enhances cardiovascular levels, whilst building muscle in just 30 minutes, working your body to it’s maximal potential. Classes will vary from week to week, alternating from combining weights with high intensity intervals, to changing sets and reps of bodyweight exercises to enhance our muscular strength. Suitable for everyone, with the focus of working at your own pace, and pushing yourself to reach your goals ?

Strength Progression

Full body strength progression, the instructor will print out the workout for you to log the weights used and the class will be on a rotation; so you will repeat the workout every 3 weeks; allowing you to then try and progress with weight or range of movement etc.
You’ll be mixing in some functional movements too – because that is key, then we’re the fittest and strongest we can be for day to day activities. Picking up a child? No problem. Carrying the shopping in in one go? Completed it mate ✅
The aim is to show you that classes don’t have to be about cardio, that strength training is important – you’ll also get a bit of a lesson as to why we need to strength train ?
You will also see just how quickly you can progress at something if you’re consistent.

Strength and Conditioning

Mixing strength training with conditioning exercise, this is a fantastic way to training and tone your whole body. A full body burn with heart-pumping cardio too.

Stretch and Tone

Targeting the full body with the use of therabands, light weights, and body weight exercises, stretch and tone is a great way to improve circulation and improve flexibility. Enabling more blood flow to the working muscles and increasing that range of motion, stretch and tone will also enhance your performance in other classes, and during your gym workout on the floor. Suitable for all abilities and a great way to end your day at the gym on

Tabata

Improving cardiorespiratory endurance, Tabata follows the same principles as a a HIIT workout, but over a shorter work period. Following the format of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest within one round of 8 exercises, Tabata is a great way of improving aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels. Shorter recovery time increases the intensity of the workout, increasing that heart rate and enhancing metabolism. Variations of the exercises are always available to suit all abilities ?

XFit

XFit is a class combining Crossfit workout formats (AMRAP, EMOM, YGIG etc) with functional exercises for an all over workout.

Yoga Stretch and Flex

Join us for a Yoga class focussing on strength, alignment and flexibility. Practising strong movements in synch with the breath, this class is the perfect complement to your usual training routines. Ideal for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
