Body blast – using resistance exercises alongside bodyweight moves, we work the whole body to develop strength, co-ordination and conditioning
Bodyweight HIIT – a session to get your heart racing! A mixture of exercises to really work your whole body – a mixture of bodyweight strength moves with fast paced cardio moves. Adaptations are given so you can work to your own limits.
BoxFIT – 5 exercises back to back combining punching and kicking movements with bodyweight exercises. Use light dumbbells to make the workout even harder and to tone those arms. Great for a high calorie burn workout.
Hatton BoxFIT – an exciting boxing movement based class… building different boxing combinations and bodyweight conditioning exercises for all levels of fitness. This class will deliver strength, high carb burn and laughter ever time🥊
HIITStep – Award winning 30 mins of High Intensity exercises using only a step or bodyweight, with house music to go with it!
Intervals and Abs – short, sharp bursts of exercise, working in timed intervals to get the heart rate up and endorphins high. Abs blast to finish. Who doesn’t have 30 mins to spare!?
KettleFIT – Grab any hand-weight and feel your whole body work hard! A series of weighted movements to work your balance, core and strength.
Metafit -30 mins of body weight HIIT, designed by an ex marine. No equipment needed!
PILATES – Strengthen & lengthen your body with this low-impact exercise class. We Bring our focus to the center, consciously moving with control and precision allowing for increased flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance and mind-body awareness.
RISE & SHINE – Wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. Join us for a gentle stretch to lengthen the body and release any stiffness from the working week.
Strength and Conditioning – This class is designed to increase strength through using a combination of body weight and resistance exercises. It also uses cardio-based exercises to improve physical fitness and stamina. All major muscle groups are worked and the session finishes with core training and some stretching for a complete workout.
STRETCH & RELAX – Allow time to check in with your body, quieten the mind, relax and unwind. This gentle stretch class will increase flexibility as-well as improve your posture, reduce stress and help with any body aches and pains.
