Before the days of Hello Fit i wasnt the most active person but needed to lose weight and get fit and gain some confidence back , so i took the plunge and joined, best thing i ever did. Im now totally addicted, the variation of classes are fantastic, the motivation and support from Lisa and Riche is second to none. I met some lovely people since going as everyone is so friendly, its like a team effort as we are all working to achieve personal goals.

Lise is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Personal Trainer who has always had a passion for health and fitness. Lise believes that anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be.
With regards to her own fitness program, Lise likes to keep things varied; weight training, running, kettlebells and Body Combat are amongst her favourite forms of exercise.
Rich is a fully qualified personal trainer who has a passion for anything fitness related alongside a large appetite for his favourite foods (fish and chips or a good Sunday roast!).
He enjoys seeing people succeed and realise goals that they never thought were achievable through hard work and determination.
