2017 is EXCITING!
Wow, wow, wow – we’re so excited about this year, it’s going to be a good year for Hello Fit!
As well as our signature classes, we have added in:
Boxing is for everyone! BoxFIT is a non-contact boxing style class, taking exercises from the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit, such as shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags and body weight exercises.

Hello Fit Kids –
At Hello Fit Kids, we’re dedicated to getting children aged 6-12 enjoying exercise.
Participants will enjoy exercise through play and develop an understanding of the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Get your kids to put down those tablets, get off the sofa and have fun whilst exercising!
Classes are just £3 per child.
Mondays, 4.30pm-5pm – Hello Fit Unit in Lytham (Boundary Road)
Wednesdays, 5.30pm-6pm – Community Centre in Kirkham (Mill Street)
As the year progresses, we will be look at adding in even more classes for both adults and kids so now’s the best time to join us and follow us as we grow, become a part of our team now!
Our available memberships at Hello Fit in Lytham are limited, so don’t miss out and get yours now!
We will always offer a personal service, we don’t want to be overcrowded, we want each and every one of our members to be valued – and because of this, we have a limited number of memberships available.
We have added a new Class Pass option, so here’s a reminder of our current Class Passes plus the new Elite Open Pass.
Class Pass – £14 (access to 1 class per week/ 4 per month)
Pro Class Pass – £25 (access to 2 classes per week/ 8 per month)
Elite Class Pass – £30 (unlimited class access – we have around 100 classes a month – and 10% off Personal Training)
Elite Open Pass – £40 (unlimited class and open session access – and 10% off Personal Training)

Join us! Some of our members have decided to join us at Tough Mudder in September this year – we will be running Tough Mudder training classes to ensure everyone is as prepared as possible! If you’re a new member, or wish to join in – then do! Just book your Tough Mudder ticket online and let us know 🙂

Couch – 5k
We’re going to be starting a beginner’s running club in Lytham – so if you want to join in, let us know – firstname.lastname@example.org.
The club should be starting in March time – let’s get off the sofa and get outside – running in a group is great motivation and will encourage you to keep moving and go that little bit further!
We have been selected as the health and fitness ambassadors for Jaffa Oranges! This is such an exciting move for us, so keep an eye out on Jaffa’s social media and on our pages too for more updates throughout the year. We will be filming recipes and fitness videos as well as taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride (who will get the fastest time – Lise or Rich?!) and Sportsfest.
