An excellent family run gym offering good value for money. I tended to use the cross trainer, rowing machine and cycle for solo work but many of the members were having sessions with trainers. Free parking outside, which is a bonus, and a warm welcome inside.

Been training at HF for two years. Can’t recommend this place enough. Early opening hours and late closing times to suit any lifestyle. Staff are always pleased to see you and the PTs are always on hand to give guidance with anything you are unsure of when training. It’s a great community and met some great people through this gym. ‘ you can either have excuses or results , you can’t have both ‘ If your looking to get in shape , I’d highly recommend giving Hello Fit a try. 💪🏼

Hello Fit gym is fantastic! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it a joy to work out there. The staff are amazing—they consistently go above and beyond to help, creating a supportive environment for everyone.

I’ve been having personal training sessions with Sarah, and she has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. Her guidance and encouragement have boosted my confidence immensely. She tailors each session to my needs and makes me feel capable of achieving my goals.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fitness needs. Hello Fit gym is the perfect place for anyone looking for great facilities, expert staff, and a positive vibe. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been going to this gym for over 2 years now and wouldn’t want to move elsewhere. Friendly & non-judgemental atmosphere, not too busy so equipment is always free, always kept clean. A comfortable place to train whatever your fitness level!

We joined as its best gym by far in Lytham. Excellent five stars . 🌟. Can always get on machines aswell. Which helps ..

I have been a member of Hellofit for over 4 years now and can honestly say I cannot imagine going to another gym..... it feels home from home. For just over a year now I have been having monthly PT sessions with Sarah and follow a specific training plan along with a couple of strength classes a week - I was slightly nervous at first but have been given so much advice, support and have gained so much confidence using all the gym equipment. I feel physically stronger, fitter and it definitely helps with my mental well being. All the instructors and coaches are really helpful and supportive and the members are all so friendly and there is a really good atmosphere. Don't hesitate to check it out :-)

I’ve been a member of Hellofit Lytham for over a year now. The best thing I did was join - I feel fitter, stronger and really enjoy exercising now. There’s such a good range of fitness classes and a real varied timetable so you can mix it up and not get bored. Everyone is so friendly, such a good bunch of people. Lise, Rich and the team are so supportive and really motivate you. I’m looking forward to doing more classes in September when my daughter starts school 👍🏼💪🏻👊🏼🏋🏻‍♀️🧘‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Hello Fit is a great gym! When I became a member I hadn’t been to the gym in a while and had felt a lot of gym anxiety going back into it. I’ve never felt so welcome and part of a community as I have at Hello Fit. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Rich the owner is super nice and definitely loves what he does, always trying to improve the gym for the members. It really is a community and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My son attends the kids boxing classes with Scott and he loves it! He’s excited to go every week and comes out buzzing telling and showing us what he has learnt and doing the drills at home. Scott is great with him and all the gym staff are lovely and friendly and helpful.

Ive been a memenr of Hello Fit fir over 2 years now, and I absolutely love this gym. So friendly and welcoming, loads of expert advise on hand from knowledgeable and approachable coaches, and a good selection of classes which are small enough to make sure you always get a good level of support.

5 star gym! Friendly staff and members, no egos! Excellent opening hours - highly recommended. Had to leave due to time constraints and commute (roadworks played a part) but will 100% be back one day!

Great gym - can’t fault it. Great mix of equipment available and most notably it has a very friendly atmosphere from coaches and members alike. Ideal opening times too; it’s open later than other gyms I’ve been to in the past which is great for people who prefer to train later on.

Best gym in the area.
It's being perfect upstairs to myself to train boxing and finishing off with running and weights.
Very friendly staff and people there.
Well recommended.
Rich is brilliant and friendly and probably one of the nicest guys I've met,Rick is brilliant in the gym, a true legend, and has helped me improve my power in Muaythai with doing certain exercises. Probably the best gym in the area with the nicest people as well I would recommend 100%

This is the only gym i will recommend, a perfect hidden gem.

If you’re looking for a safe comfortable place to train at, this is the gym for you. With quality equipment that feels amazing to use, friendly and engaging staff to make you feel welcome and other members enjoying the journey with you, every workout is a treat!

A brilliant place that I can't recommend highly enough. Have loved both the gym and the classes since I've joined. It's very well equipped and the opening hours are fantastic to suit a busy lifestyle. For anyone either looking to join their first gym or otherwise, I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised by Hello Fit.

I only started coming to hello fit about a month ago after never really feeling confident about going to the gym but I can’t recommend it enough. Everyone is super friendly and happy to help, and there’s plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend as it’s a gym with something for everyone :)

A brilliant gym run by people passionate about health and fitness. They offer personal trainers, healthy nutrition, physio appointments, and more. Easy access to all the gym equipment you could ever need, as well as additional support through an app that covers nutrition, workouts, and challenges. Perfect for those who prefer a quieter and more uninterrupted workout!

I joined hello fit many years ago, it’s a great gym and very clean. The owners are very friendly as are all the clients. Equipment is great & I wouldn’t pick any other gym. The progress made in hello fit has been amazing. I would highly recommend????

I joined hello fit in 2019. As I was in the process of my weight loss journey it was an scary decision to join a new gym but I am so glad I did. An amazing facility with amazing coaches and a community where everyone is in it together to help each other reach their fitness goals. 4 years later and it has only got better. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start or carry on their fitness journey.

Really friendly place. No posers, no showoffs trying to peacock, great staff. Equipment always available and thoroughly recommend the PT sessions, have had 4 with Rich and can feel the difference already. Pushes you without being a total sadist ???? Glad I picked this gym. Bit hidden away but thoroughly recommended once you've found it, especially if you haven't been to the gym for a while.

Hands down the best Gym on the Fylde......a top notch team and great family feel. The extra added bonus is that's it's really good value for money as well.

As a significantly larger than "normal" person there is no judgement no dodgy looks and no intimidating "posers corner".
The class sizes are always small (max 8) so they always have a really personal training vibe to it but with the camaraderie of a team environment.

All the other members are really encouraging and friendly making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I am 3 stone down and mentally and physically so much happier, thank you Rich and the team.

Ever since I started instructing at Hello Fit, I have felt a part of an amazing community full of supportive and friendly people! I am so lucky to be part of the team and part of the Hello Fit family!
It doesn’t feel like work If you enjoy it and I genuinely love what I do!!!

I would highly recommend the gym to anyone reading this and thinking it sounds like the kind of environment you’d like to come, to with happy friendly and supportive instructors !

My two sons (6 & 12) have been attending the Hatton Boxing Classes for age 5-14 years, they’ve had twelve sessions so far and thoroughly enjoy them. I highly recommend the classes, the team here are fun and friendly, the coach is so much fun! The costs are very reasonable and the kids get so much out of the sessions.

Thumbs up for this gym! I needed a gym whilst on holiday from Australia and was able to pay for a month and was also offered flexible arrangements as I'm travelling back and forth. The communication has been really professional from start to finish with friendly staff. The gym itself was so easy to use with plenty of different workout areas, loads of equipment and plenty of space. Looking forward to coming back in October and on future visits - great job guys!????????????????

Great family run gym. Loads of good kit, very clean and friendly environment. Good affordable rates as well. Helpful opening times, 10pm week days and weekends until 8pm👍

Needed a kick start after having no real exercise for 5 or more years after a cycling accident. I can thoroughly recommend the classes, Rich and the team of coaches provide a personalised plan and encouragement. 6 weeks in and i'm already feeling the benefit.

I joined Hello Fit in January for PT. Rich is brilliant - really knowledgeable, approachable and motivating. He tailors the plans to meet your goals and also lifestyle! The facilities are great, as are the classes - would recommend!

I signed up to a 30 day challenge in January. The support from Rich and the team was brilliant and over a month I lost weight, toned up and felt fitter and more energised. I decided to join and continue with the good habits that I’d started to form. The thing I love about HelloFit is the small and friendly environment. It’s very welcoming and everyone is really supportive and encouraging. There is plenty of space and a good range of machines and free weights. I particularly enjoy the classes as they help to keep me motivated. Highly recommended!

A family run gym for all ages and abilities .
A great team of coaches make you feel comfortable in the gym and in various classes.
Programs are structured to your requirements with good knowledge for your needs.
A brilliant variety of equipment and weights are supplied and are kept in good condition.
Clean and Covid 19 safe
No need to feel awkward as it is a relaxed environment. Recommend to anyone thinking of joining a gym.

Absolutely loved training here the last 12 months (except lockdown). The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly which makes the place feel really welcoming and a pleasure to use and owned and run by a lovely family. 5 Stars all day long.

A genuinely great gym with a massive range of equipment on offer and I've never seen it too busy to use equipment . The gym feels far more personal than any of chain gyms I've ever been to or looked into. I would thoroughly recommend this gym if your looking for a welcoming and friendly place to find your footing or a long term gym veteran looking for something different to the various social media selfie gyms.

I joined Hello Fit during lockdown and found Rich & Lisa and the team fantastic. The ap was easy to use and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the zoom classes and would encourage any one to join at any level as there really is something for everyone.

Exercising really helped me feel better and there is so much support with Hello Fit, much more than any other gym.

Love it at HelloFit. I was nervous of starting at a gym as I hadn't been a member of one in a long time. When I had previously been a member it was at a large gym, impersonal and I was too unsure to join any of the classes if I didn't know what they were. HelloFit are a really friendly, family run gym and have small classes at different times of the day. They have monthly memberships so you're not tied in to a contract for a year. The instructors are good at explaining/demonstrating the correct techniques and giving easier and harder options, as well as having a huge variety of equipment available. I soon started attending and enjoying all sorts of classes that I would never have contemplated before. While the gym has had to close due to Covid they have loaned out equipment to members and continued to provide a full schedule of virtual classes to ensure there's still plenty of options to keep training. A great gym to be a member of.
