    Love it at HelloFit. I was nervous of starting at a gym as... I hadn't been a member of one in a long time. When I had previously been a member it was at a large gym, impersonal and I was too unsure to join any of the classes if I didn't know what they were. HelloFit are a really friendly, family run gym and have small classes at different times of the day. They have monthly memberships so you're not tied in to a contract for a year. The instructors are good at explaining/demonstrating the correct techniques and giving easier and harder options, as well as having a huge variety of equipment available. I soon started attending and enjoying all sorts of classes that I would never have contemplated before. While the gym has had to close due to Covid they have loaned out equipment to members and continued to provide a full schedule of virtual classes to ensure there's still plenty of options to keep training.
